I'll pick one question and write about it. Ask away. If I don't want to answer, I won't. And I'll only pick one, so make it count!
If you haven't yet, read about my amazing wish theory from yesterday. And maybe go over here and tell me what you thought of the last few movies and books I filled my head with.

Tell us more about your sister, and why you two dont get along?
yeharr
Actually we do get along...we're just extremely different in many ways!!
She's very organized and proper and polite. I'm a frickin mess. She gets regular haircuts. Me, semi- annual. She's very private and I'm a blabbermouth. She has 6 years of post secondary education. I split after one year of college. She likes all them diva singers. I like male rock stars with questionable fashion sense. She is a single woman managing life on her own. I got married at 20 and had two kids by 25. We've taken two different roads.
And Pirate thank you for asking because it just occurred to me that I made it look like we aren't close. Despite our opposite qualities on the outside, on the inside we're alike. We finish each other's sentences and say things at the same time. We laugh at stupid things.
And the reason why you don't hear much about my sister Sweetie is because she really does not want to be any part of this odd little blog world!
So that's why I'm answering you here instead of making a new posting about it. Just out of respect for my little sister.
I still say, by the way, that she should have been born first. She would have been way better at guiding her wild child sibling through life!
I think I understand your adversity to grocery shopping.
What bothers you the most about it?
(For me, it's getting psyched up to do it.)
What do you do for a living? Just curious.
What do you do for a living? Just curious.
Whoopsie.. didn't mean for that to post twice.
Well Heidi, you told us what you wished for in your previous post. My question is the inverse of that post: What would you not wish for?
I already know one answer: Tatoos :)
But I sense there are many more things and/or people....like your cousin from the midwest showing up again!
I want to know about getting your equestrian teaching certification (is that what you did?) and what that entails in O'Canada.
I also want to know why your family stopped farming.
I also want to know when you are coming to Texas to visit me and KB.
Oh this is good! You guys are making it very hard for me to choose! I need more time to think.
More questions. I'll decide in a couple of hours!
I really love to hear more about the Mennonite faith and the difference between you and the Mennonite's that are so close to the Amish in appearance and life style.
For that matter, what is the difference between the Amish and the Mennonites?
Not a question really, because I haven't read enough of your blogs yet to know what to ask...But, my MIL is from an old order Brethren background in Kansas/Colorado and feels closely allied with the Mennonites. Also, I stayed as a guest once in the wonderful prairie teepee (they had a house, too) of a Mennonite family. Talk about hospitality - it was awesome. Fresh, steel-cut oats from their mill in the morning... And, I'm not sure I should mention this because I don't want you to think I'm a blogstalker or anything, but I think it's very strange that we're the same age, both writers, both have horses, both riding instructors AND (drum roll please)...I don't know if you heard about the "Dead Man's Chest" premiere at Disneyland last summer, but I was there. Yup. Your man Johnny walked right past me, just a few feet away. Of course, he's adorable in person, though I'm more of an Orlando gal myself...
Clearly I have to write about being Mennonite!
Nicole I'm so glad you're not blogstalking me but please come back and read more!
Clearly.
And hurry.
;-)
Hi Heidi! This is easy.
What is your earliest memory?
I love this question, and it always makes everyone frown, going deep into thought, following layer upon layer of memories back through time -- an interesting journey on its own!
Okay, I have been thinking about a question for a very long time. I spent the majority of my four hour shift thinking about it and my question is...
Did you decide to pluck your eyebrows?!?!
how often do you get new barn boo-ats?
as in, do you by a new pair as soon as your old ones blow out, or do you plastic bag your feet and then put on yer boots before slagging out the stalls, or do you let the stuff seep in and squish around your toes?
Ok.
I'm thinking I'll have to do QUESTION WEEK.
What do you all think of that, eh? I'm very indecisive and these are all good questions!!
Is this a question?
Here's my question:
"What are you doing with it?"
Think about it. Don't dare respond, 'What is 'it'?', or I shall consign you to the seventeenth ring of Hell, that reserved for the boring...
I'm definitely interested in learning more about your religion.
I've always been bad at following directions... Let me try again.
Heidi, do you believe in God?
adult in question...I wonder if Heidi plucks her eyebrows or waxes them?
I'd like to know about the thing you did as a kid that you never told your parents...even as an adult.
