Post Juno recovery time?

I've been home again for almost a week.  I still feel like all I want to do is sleep but that could be a result of winter kicking the snot out of me and leaving me pretty much used up and depleted.  Blech.  On that happy note, yay, I intend to get my pictures sorted out and tell you all about Winnipeg and our Juno-related hijinx.

Until then… I'm currently being held down by a Pug.  He's quite heavy.

It is given that after any major experience a certain amount of decompression is needful and advisable.

However, rain or snow, I have been lining up for this event ever since it was first announced. And not just me, there is quite a line up here that goes around the corner, and the mood is not that nice. I left my spot just once, and they wouldn't let me back in even though I had left my camp gear as a place marker. I had to go to end of the line, which means I probably lost my chance for a front row berth at the red carpet review. If this goes on much longer, I will be lucky if I get a seat in the nosebleed section.
Then the paparazzi moved in and elbowed themselves to the front. And security did nothing. You really should get better rent-a-cops to police your events. And as long I'm complaining already, you should be more selective to whom you give out vendor licenses. They are holding us for ransom. A slice of virtual Pizza with no extra zest and not even 3D, costs 37 bit coins. Is that fair, I ask you?

You should not let the Pug tie you down. Turn him into something useful, like a paperweight or something... I'm just saying
