Blame it on my roots. I showed up in boots.

alright, which one of you knows what song this one is???

Ah boots.  My life would be totally different and quite difficult without boots.

Talk amongst yourselves now!

...and ruined your black tie affair...

i LOVE this song!! It reminds me of my first day in Texas when I moved there after college.

I LOVE my boots! Best things ever!

Good ole GB with Friends in Low Places. I think I'm the friend in the low place, but that's neither here nor there...lol

Speaking of boots. I really need to find a cheap pair of tall insulated boots. Daffna makes a lovely pair (with removable liners), but they're hard to find at a decent price. I like the Mountain Horse and the Ariats, as well, but good lord...I refuse to take out a loan for a pair of boots! Ideas? :)

I don't like Wisconsin winters, but I'm stuck with them. I want to hold a good portion of my riding lessons out in the hayfield, in the snow. My gelding is tired of the arena, and my students will learn more out in the open, anyway. Am I crazy?

Oh, and...

The last one to know,
The last one to show

Oh I was so much hoping somebody would say the next line!!!! My transplanted Texan did! Yay!

Anybody who says they don't love that song is LYING!

Lopin, I got my Dafna boots second hand but not ever worn... I say check used for something good. But I'm cheap that way.

You know, low places and all.

And I ride in snow. I don't like it but I do it.

I'm slightly ashamed to know this one...Garth Brooks.

I did check I was right on Google but, sadly, I already knew it.

I will now commit suicide.

I shouldn't know it.

I don't want to know it.

Forgive me John Lydon.....

Nah 4Dinners, it just proves that you are a man of much knowledge! Besides you got the David Bowie one. That gives you a free pass. Always!

Cindy- he wore boots when to your wedding too, right?!

anything else would have been wrong, I think

I kind of felt sorry for him when he tried to be all edgy that time with the fake persona-- that was kind of out there for country, and i think black eyeliner may have been involved too... He basically got slammed hard for that, but I applauded his attempt at out of the box-ness.
