We're just reeeeeally busy right now, y'know? I've got horses to ride and manure piles to move and tractors to drive and a daughter to teach how to drive (listen, when you're hanging around on a farm and you're 14, you're two or three years late to learn how to drive, so it's time) and I've got friends to visit and did I mention horses? And a sister to hang with, a best friend to see, and family, and horses.
And Johnny here, well, he's reeeeally busy too. He's got sun to soak up and a glass of wine to finish up. At this rate it'll take him awhile.
I have no idea when I'll post something next... could be Monday, or next Monday, or some time in between! Keep you guessing. Feel free to party in the comments section. I set up an inflatable pool over there so have fun!

The weather's been weird all weekend: grey & cloudy then sunny and hot then it rains, then the sun comes out and we boil, it clouds over and it's just damp and humid with a cool breeze... what the heck do you wear in this weather? Bring a large bag with a change of clothes????
The horses are great. With all the rain I've been brushing lots of mud off them. Luckily the flies aren't too bad and no mosquitoes!!!
But, the corral is a mud pit. Can't move the PILE yet, because Dad took his tractor apart to paint it. So it's shiny green and yellow... in pieces.
Got plans with Grama and Sweetie, lots of excitement, shopping at TSC, and a long ride in the afternoon. If I can get the kids out of the tree, that is. Bucky's always in the tree.
Other than that, it's sweeping up Pug sheddings and doing dishes and laundry, just in Mom's house instead of mine. Jethro and the cat are getting along fine from what I hear. I do miss them, but I sure do love the view out here at the farm...!
