Sorry, no blog today

I have a huge housekeeping mission: I must hunt down the Evil Stink in my house, and ERADICATE IT. It could take all day. I'm not very good at this. Come back tomorrow and I'll tell you about the High Intensity Parts Chasing and People Watching at the Barrie Automotive Flea Market and Freak Show. (preview- it was awesome, as usual.)

I have an evil stink, too. Don't much feel like looking for it, though.
SIGH.
Gonna have to either live with it, or wait until one of the dogs finds it....

Jethro thinks it's a dead mouse.

I have to find it. I can put up with piles of paper and books and magazines everywhere and even a cardboard box sometimes and for short time periods maybe a dirty sock but I CANNOT deal with a stink in the house.

And no I haven't found it yet. but I do have groceries. It's pretty bad when the thing I want least to do is the thing I use as a distraction...

Good luck finding the stink source!
When I can't find something, I ask the dog. . .he doesn't say much, but sometimes happens to lead me in the right direction. . .

I'm with you sister - I hate, hate, hate bad smells!! Nanaimo has a mill and if the wind's blowing the wrong way I might spend ages wondering what smells (not accusing my family - no -that would just be rude, really, never) before realizing it's Harmac. Blecch. Looking forward to the freaks will give me a reason to get up tomorrow. Can't wait!:0)

Still have not found the bad stink in the house.

I did pull the couch away and mop the floor.

And cleaned the half wall.

Mopped half the living room.

Cleaned the wall under the bay window sill.

Wiped down the bay window sill.

Mysteriously enough, I never did smell the evil stink today...

Every time I get an evil stink, it turns out to be a bad potato that has sneaked out of the sack in the basement and tried to grow into a bonsai tree. Next to rotting chicken, a bad potato is the worst evil house stink I know of.

Oh man, bad potato stink is completely evil!
