What I did do was find the address of Janet Reid's office and wave hello.
Hi!
JANETREID gave me one of my top 3 awesome rejections, which made me respect her even more, I'm not even kidding.
So I didn't technically stalk any literary agents, but I did seek out the workplace of one and No I do not think that's crazy.

Nice pictures. Pink and green blend in so well.
As a writer you need to have been to places, risked adventures and experience things, to take into your stories, making them feel real and personal. So your trip was among other things, a trip of enlightenment, broadening your horizons. What writer hasn't been to New York? And got lost somewhere ("You mean 11th street comes after 10th?").
Still, I think you should have shoved your latest, page by page under her door.
Well done. Kudos to Jethro for showing those Americans that there is more than polar bears north of the border.
You know what? It's true. As a kid I thought I would never have to leave the familiarity and go out into the big world in order to have those life experiences. Maybe if I'm totally honest with myself I might remember being curious about what was out there.
I really am amazed by the incredible orderliness of Manhattan. Even I would have a hard time getting lost.
But... I think I'll wait to shove my book under somebody's door until it's asked for. Don't want to burn any bridges, as it's said...
